Most important person: I think every body plays there part in this world.There are so many people that have done so many different things that have made a difference.
The most important event in history I would say the invention of electricity. It has change out world. The information age would not exist. I think if there had not been the electricity there would not have been any world wars. The information age (telephone/ telegraph), made it possible for all countries to know what was going on in other. In a since information has creating gangs, or clicks. With out the rapid transfer of information it would have taken years for the word to spread about other countries. To be frank many countries would not know what was going on out side of their world. Now moving a head to today, information is changing the outcome of world politics in the blink of an eye. Another part of history the electricity has change is with the pass of information comes change. Just the simple act of sending a photo to another county changes the thoughts and views of the person receive the photo. It makes change and form opinions base on what they see. Remember they would see it if electricity had not been invented.
The most important event in history. The most important event in history to me would have to be the abolishment of slavery. I feel this was the most important event in history because African Americans like myself became free just like any other man or woman to do whatever ever I want within reason. Because of the people before me and their fightt to be free I can go into any restaurant and sit where I want. I can sit at the counter with anyone else. I can use public rest rooms and water fountains. I can get a better education to read and write and better myself. If it wasn’t for the abolishment of slavery I wouldn’t be in this school right now with people of all different races getting a better education like everyone else and able to sit where I want. I am able to better myself so that I can get a better job of my choice for myself and my family. I can become a doctor if I wanted to. I can earn the same wages as the next man or woman. I am able to own land if I want. Being a woman I feel that another import event in history would be that of the woman’s right to vote. I am able to voice my opinion on many of the issues of my country and not have to sit back and let it ride. I could even run for president if I wanted to. I feel the most important man in history would have to be Rev. Dr Martin Luther King Jr. He fought for what he believed in. He believed in non violence and that you didn’t have to cause violence to get your point across or to be heard. No matter what the people said about him and no matter what the people did to him he still fought for what he believed in. The most important invention would have to be electricity. I dont know what i would do if i couldnt watch tv or take a shower.
